Diffusers

There are many types of diffusers out there with one of them being the well known Gary Fong Lightspheres. Yes, I do own a Gary Fong light sphere II cloud. I have several Diffusers one Gary Fong, Two fake Gary Fong Light spheres, Opak cap Diffuser, and the one attached to My Speed light. All but two are in this image here. The two that are missing are the Clear fake Lightsphere and the one on the end of my Speed light. As they where being used. The Gary Fong lights Sphere is slightly smaller than the fakes. There is not that big of a difference between the outcomes. To be honest I would recommend buying the fake because its cheaper and you get get both a cloud top and a yellow with the clouded version. If you buy the clear one you will get the Chromedome and a clouded top. The overall price for two fake Lightspheres ‘one clouded and one clear’ and four tops 51.90 @ gadgetinfinity.com. Now the Gary Fong Lightsphere diffuser is 49.95. what you get with it, one top the clouded one. For an extra 19.95 you can get a yellow/orange top. With another 49.95 for the ChromeDome. Oh and Don’t forget your second Clear light sphere. That will cost you another 49.95 for the name brand. Thats a whopping 169.80 + shipping. The better deal is clearly at gadgetinfinity.com for a version of the lightsphere diffusers at the cost of 51.90. Oh and that included the shipping. I will later do a post comparing results with these diffusers.
